A dumpling house that never learned to cut corners

Target Momo House began with one steamer, one recipe and a stubborn conviction that a momo folded by hand tastes different from one pressed by a machine. Nine years later we run three kitchens across the United States and we still fold every single one by hand, every single morning.

Our menu runs from Himalayan classics to the wok dishes we grew up eating after school. Everything is cooked to order, the chili is adjustable, and nobody at this table has ever been rushed through a meal.
