Contact details submitted through our contact, reservation, ordering or careers forms — typically your name, email address and phone number.
Order details, including the items selected, delivery address where applicable, and any notes you add for the kitchen.

Email address if you subscribe to our newsletter.

Information collected automatically

Standard server log data including IP address, browser type and pages visited.
Cookie and similar technology data used to keep the site working and to understand aggregate usage.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

3. How we use information

To prepare and fulfil food orders and reservations.
To contact you about an order, booking, enquiry or application.
To send marketing emails where you have asked to receive them.
To improve the website, our menu and our service.
To meet legal, tax and food-safety obligations.

4. Payment information

This demonstration site does not process payments. On a live site, card details would be handled directly by a PCI-compliant payment processor and would not be stored on our servers.

5. Sharing your information

We would not sell your personal information. We would share it only with service providers who help us operate — such as payment processors, delivery partners, email platforms and hosting providers — and only to the extent needed to perform that service. We may also disclose information where required by law.

6. Cookies

We would use strictly necessary cookies to keep the site functioning, and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; doing so may affect how parts of the site work.

7. Data retention

We would keep order and reservation records for as long as needed for business and legal purposes, and marketing contact details until you unsubscribe.

8. Your choices and rights

Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message.
Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.
Ask us to delete information, subject to records we must keep by law.

9. Security

We would use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
