1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised version.

2. Website usage

• The content on this site is provided for general information about Target Momo House.
• Menu items, prices and opening hours may change without notice.
• You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.
• All text, images, logos and design elements on this site are owned by us or used with permission and may not be reproduced without consent.

3. Online ordering

• Orders are an offer to purchase and are accepted once the kitchen confirms them.
• We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if a delivery address falls outside our radius, or if we suspect fraud.
• Quoted preparation and delivery times are estimates and are affected by volume, traffic and weather.
• Please check your order before leaving or before the driver departs. Tell us straight away if something is wrong and we will put it right.

On this demonstration site, no order is transmitted to a kitchen and no payment is processed.

4. Reservations

• Tables are held for fifteen minutes past the reserved time before being released.
• Parties larger than ten should be arranged by phone.
• We may ask for a card to hold a large-party or private-dining booking, and we may apply a fee for a no-show, which would be disclosed at the time of booking.
• Please give as much notice as you can if plans change.

5. Payments

• Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax unless stated.
• Applicable taxes and any delivery fee are added at checkout.
• Gratuity is discretionary except for large parties, where a service charge may be applied and will be stated on the menu and the check.

6. Cancellations and refunds

• Orders may be cancelled without charge before the kitchen begins preparation.
• Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible.
• If a dish is not as it should be, contact the kitchen the same day and we will offer a replacement or a refund.

7. Promotions and offers

• Offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
• Discounts apply to food and non-alcoholic beverages and exclude tax and gratuity.
• Offers may vary by location and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
• Where an offer requires proof of eligibility, such as a student ID, it must be presented at the time of purchase.

8. Gift cards

• Gift cards are valid at all locations and do not expire.
• They cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
• Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced unless registered to your account.
• Any remaining balance stays on the card after partial use.

9. Allergies and dietary information

We list vegetarian, spicy and gluten-free indicators as a guide and will always discuss ingredients with you. Our kitchens handle wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, dairy, egg and shellfish, so we cannot guarantee that any dish is free from cross-contact. If you have a severe allergy, please speak to a manager before ordering.

10. User responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and delivery details.
• Be present to receive a delivery, or tell us where to leave it.
• Treat our staff and other guests with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service.
• Do not submit content to our forms that is unlawful, abusive or infringing.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
